Appointments at both Nevada clinics are for Clark County School District students and their families. If you are outside CCSD, call 702-727-3525 and we will help you find care.
Our Mobile Vision Clinic
Our mobile clinic works with school and community partners rather than taking individual appointments. It visits a different Clark County School District school each day CCSD is open, and each day is reserved for students at that school. The calendar is set more than a year in advance.
Schools and community organizations can call 702-727-3525 to ask about a visit. Families wanting an appointment should use one of the clinics above.

What to Bring
- CCSD students: your student ID number — we need it at the appointment
- Photo ID for adults
- Insurance card if you have one — not required
- Current glasses, if you wear them
- A parent or guardian must come with anyone under 18
Cost and Languages
We provide affordable vision care for those in need. We accept Medicaid and CHIP.
English and Spanish at both Nevada locations.
