How a visit works
- You reach out. A school, district, or community organization requests a visit using the form below or by calling us.
- We plan together. We confirm a date, location, parking space for the clinic, and how many students or community members to expect.
- Families give consent. We provide permission forms for parents and guardians ahead of the visit.
- Clinic day. Our team screens, examines, and fits glasses on site.
- Follow-up. Glasses that need special lenses are delivered after the visit, and families get referrals for any further care.
