Eye Care for Kids Arizona Chapter is a state-approved Qualifying Charitable Organization, QCO code 22510. Arizona taxpayers may be able to claim a dollar-for-dollar state tax credit for gifts to EyeCare4Kids Arizona — meaning your gift can cost you nothing at tax time.
