This summer was an incredible season of outreach for EyeCare4Kids as we brought vision care directly to children and families in need across Utah. With the help of our dedicated staff, volunteers, and supporters, we were able to provide over 700 vision screenings, along with hundreds of eye exams and eyeglasses to those who otherwise may not have received care.
Our Mobile Vision Clinic hit the road all summer long, serving families at homeless shelters, refugee centers, community centers, and health fairs throughout the state. One of the highlights of the season was a special trip to the Navajo Nation, where our team partnered with local leaders to bring much-needed vision care to children and adults in the community.
Looking ahead, we’re preparing for a busy school year as our Mobile Vision Clinic continues its journey—bringing eye exams and eyeglasses to underserved children in schools from St. George up to Ogden. Each pair of glasses given means a child can see the board, read their books, and fully engage in learning, setting them up for brighter futures.
At EyeCare4Kids, we believe that every child deserves the gift of clear vision—and thanks to your support, we’re making that possible for thousands of families across Utah.
